Scott S. White

Attorney Scott White founded White & Associates in 1997, but has been practicing law since 1990. Over the past 20-plus years, he has gained a reputation for having the ability to vindicate the names of wrongfully accused individuals in the criminal justice system. Additionally, Scott is known for his aggressive legal approach in the courtroom and his powerful negotiation techniques outside of the courtroom.

Scott understands that he is often meeting his clients in their darkest moments. He never rushes to judgment, but instead emphasizes treating each client with respect. He adamantly advocates for and embodies the firm’s mission, being fully “dedicated to seeking justice and helping individuals and families improve their lives.”

Scott graduated from Hamline University School of Law and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been happily married for more than 20 years and has two fantastic children. He loves going on family vacations, golfing and fly fishing. He also finds time to volunteer with his children’s schools.

Lynne Web Minnesota Lawyer

Lynne M. Miller

Attorney Lynne Miller has been with White & Associates since 2005. She mainly handles family law, personal injury and criminal law cases for our firm. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Mediator as well as an Early Neutral Evaluator. Among Lynne’s many accomplishments include obtaining a multi-million dollar judgment in a personal injury case and receiving several awards for her legal services.

Lynne brings humanity back into the legal system. She provides personable, caring, compassionate services to her clients. She strives to empower her clients by providing them with the guidance, information and advice they need to gain peace of mind and reach sustainable resolutions to their legal issues.

You’ll often find Lynne spending time with her family and friends when she is not at the office. She enjoys cooking, camping, and participating in triathlons. She also finds great fulfillment in volunteering with various charities, including YouthLink and the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Lynne is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law.

Sara Web Minnesota Lawyer

Sara A. Daly

Attorney Sara Daly joined White & Associates in 2017. She has over ten years of experience practicing exclusively in family law. Sara handles various family law matters for our firm including divorce, post-dissolution, paternity, child support, adoption, child protection, orders for protection and harassment restraining orders.

Sara firmly believes that by building strong relationships with her clients, she is able to provide effective and personalized representation. She understands that each family is different and strives to develop a strategy to meet each client’s individual needs. While she is often times able to help clients reach agreements, she is also able to vigorously advocate for her clients when a dispute becomes contentious. When Sara is not in the office, she is often on adventures.  She loves to travel, ski, hike and camp. Sara attained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.

Marissa B. Luing

Attorney Marissa Luing has been with White & Associates since 2017. She handles criminal law and estate planning for our firm. Marissa dedicates herself to advocating for clients facing various types of criminal charges. She also enjoys helping her estate planning clients with the important mission of planning for death and disability.

Marissa is a committed advocate and an empathetic counselor for her clients. She understands how emotionally difficult and life-altering it can be to be involved in any legal matter. She strongly believes in the firm’s mission of helping clients seek justice and improve their lives while they navigate through the legal system.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys traveling, golfing, and cooking. Marissa is always looking for recommendations for new places to eat or grab a drink. She lives in Oakdale with her partner and their cat, Dolly Purrton. Marissa is a graduate from University of St. Thomas School of Law.
