Sean C. Dillon has practiced law in Minnesota since 2003. Prior to joining White & Associates, he worked as a prosecutor for the Sherburne County Attorney’s Office. He handled Felony, Gross Misdemeanor, and Misdemeanor level offenses; including all degrees of DWI charges. Sean’s trial experience includes crimes involving firearms, controlled substances, traffic, assault, criminal sexual conduct, and homicide. He also has briefed and argued several cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. While with White & Associates, Sean has assisted people with cases in Sherburne, Wright, Anoka, Stearns, Mille Lacs, and other Minnesota counties.
Sean’s practice also includes Estate Planning and Family Law. His Family Law practice focuses on helping clients with divorce, child custody, paternity, child support, and adoption issues. Sean’s Estate Planning experience includes drafting wills, health care directives, powers of attorney, and trusts and assisting clients with other probate matters.
