Scott S. White

Scott S. White has practiced law in Minnesota for more than 18 years. His experience is diverse having handled a wide range of cases from divorce to murder. Scott has extensive courtroom litigation experience and for the last 10 years has focused his practice on criminal defense. He has been awarded a three-quarter-time contract with the State of Minnesota – Board of Public Defenders. For over a decade, Scott has emphasized the representation of criminal defendants in Sherburne, Wright, and Anoka counties.

Prior to starting his law firm, Scott was a law clerk for the Honorable Gabriel D. Giancola – Judge of the 10th Judicial District. Scott’s firm originated in 1992 and continues to thrive in serving the northwestern suburbs. White & Associates consists of four attorneys, a paralegal and support staff. All are committed to providing zealous, effective and affordable legal representation.
